Sara’s primary focus at the firm is the Probate administration of a decedent’s estate. Sara comes to us with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Probate administration, Trust administration and Estate litigation which includes elder abuse and breaches of fiduciary duties by Trustees and/or Administrators. More times than not, Sara’s involvement in a matter entails the death of a loved one which can be a difficult and confusing time in the client’s life. Sara’s empathy to the client’s circumstances and emotions are invaluable resources to the client and the firm.
Sara grew up in San Diego where she earned her Bachelor’s of Art Degree in Economics at Cal. State San Marcos. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband at the beach, travelling, and hiking. Sara and her husband have two fur-children Aspen and Sasha who are spoiled beyond belief but they would not have it any other way.
