Marie Gurgel, Trust Administration/Probate Paralegal

Marie has served as Mr. Silverman’s trust administration and probate paralegal for several years. She received her paralegal certification in 1999, and before joining R. Silverman Law Group, she worked for several attorneys outside of California in the area of trusts/estates and corporate transactions. She has over 15 years of experience in assisting clients with various levels of estate planning and tax planning, including trust and probate administration. Marie’s valuable work in corporate formation, transactional corporate matters, and family owned business entities, enhances her ability to handle many kinds of trust and estate administration matters.
