Silverman & Jaffe, P.C.
Silverman & Jaffe, P.C. consists of Robert Silverman and partner Jonathan Jaffe, four paralegals and an office manager.
Our law practice concentrates on matters involving trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration and probate. The firm’s primary focus is on comprehensive estate planning, directed toward wealth preservation and enhancement. We have helped more than a thousand individuals and families establish meaningful estate plans for the benefit of their families, loved ones, and charities.
We also represent clients in connection with real estate matters, including purchase/sale transactions; intra-family deal structuring; and Limited Liability Company (LLC) formation. In addition, we assist small business owner clients with their basic business needs, and we can work closely with corporate counsel on our clients’ more complex business transactions.
